2. Scope
This privacy policy explains how we process personal data in connection with our website, our services, contact enquiries, consultations, online appointments, and communication.
3. Categories of processed personal data
Website visitors: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time, referrer, and cookies.
Contact enquiries: Name, email, and message.
Appointments (Microsoft Bookings): Name, email address, requested appointment, as well as communication data in connection with scheduling.
Online consultations (Microsoft Teams): Participant name, meeting metadata, chat messages, audio and video data, if these are transmitted during the meeting, as well as screen shares.
4. Purposes of processing
We process personal data in particular for the secure operation of the website, the processing of enquiries, making appointments, conducting consultations, contract performance, the improvement of our services, marketing (where permitted) as well as to fulfil legal obligations.
5. Hosting and IT infrastructure
Our website is hosted via Framer. Server log files and other technical information may be processed in this context. For our business communication, online meetings (Microsoft Teams) and appointment bookings (Microsoft Bookings), we use Microsoft 365.
6. Contact form
The data entered in the contact form will be used exclusively to process your enquiry. Mandatory fields are limited to the necessary minimum.
7. Microsoft Bookings
For online appointment scheduling, we use Microsoft Bookings. This involves processing names, contact details, and the desired appointment.
8. Microsoft Teams
Online consultations are conducted via Microsoft Teams. As a rule, no recording takes place. Should a recording be required in exceptional cases, we will inform you in advance.
9. Analysis and Cookies
Insofar as Google Analytics is used, this only takes place after corresponding consent. Technically necessary cookies and – subject to consent – analysis cookies are used. Further information on the cookies used can be found in Appendix A of this privacy policy.
10. Server Log Files
When you visit the website, technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer, date, and time is automatically collected. This data is used to ensure the security and stability of the website.
11. Disclosure abroad
Within the framework of our business activities, personal data may be transferred to service providers in Switzerland, the European Economic Area (EEA) and, where applicable, in other countries, in particular to Framer (Netherlands), Microsoft (Ireland) and Google (Ireland/USA). Where necessary, we ensure through appropriate contractual, technical and organisational measures or based on a statutory exception under the revFADP that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed for such data transfers.
12. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOMs) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, manipulation or disclosure. This includes, in particular, access controls, encryption, logging, backup strategies and regular security audits. Our security measures are regularly reviewed and adapted to the state of the art.
13. Retention period
Personal data is only retained for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention periods exist.
14. Rights of data subjects
Under the revised FADP, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, surrender or transfer of your personal data as well as – as far as legally provided for – deletion or restriction of processing. We generally answer data protection enquiries within the legally prescribed periods.

15. Data protection breaches
Should personal data be affected despite our security measures and a legal reporting obligation exists, we will inform the competent authorities as well as the affected data subjects in accordance with the legal requirements.
16. International Visitors
Our website can be accessed worldwide. Insofar as data protection regulations of other states – in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – are applicable due to the services offered or the orientation of our website, we comply with the corresponding statutory information obligations in addition to Swiss data protection law. Insofar as the GDPR applies, the processing of personal data takes place in particular for contract initiation and contract performance, on the basis of legitimate interests, legal obligations or – if necessary – on the basis of your consent.
17. Automated decisions
There are no solely automated individual decisions within the meaning of Art. 21 revDSG that have legal effects or significantly affect you in a similar manner.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on the website at any given time shall apply.
